No guaranteed outcomes
AdaptiveResume is a resume completeness tool. It is not a job-placement, recruiting, staffing, or career-counseling service. We do not promise, and cannot promise, that using the Service will result in a job, an interview, a callback, a salary, or any other employment outcome. Hiring decisions are made by employers based on many factors outside anyone's control. What we offer is a resume that fully and honestly reflects what you've actually done — the rest of the process belongs to you and the employer.
You are the author
The Service works by finding skills, standards, and credentials your experience suggests you may have left off — and asking you to confirm, edit, or skip every one. Nothing appears on your resume without your confirmation. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of everything you confirm and of the final resume you submit to employers. We do not check your statements with employers, schools, or credentialing bodies.
An AI-assisted service
The Service uses AI-assisted processing to prepare the suggestions you review. Those suggestions can be incomplete or imperfect — they are proposals for you to accept, edit, or reject, never facts we've established. Always review your final document before submitting it anywhere. On the targeted build, the job-posting match read and interview-prep questions are grounded only in the content you confirmed; treat them as preparation material, not predictions.
Not professional advice
Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, immigration, or professional career advice. For federal, military-transition, security-clearance, licensing, or other high-stakes applications, confirm formatting and content requirements with the relevant authority before you submit.
Reference data and third parties
Role and occupation information may draw on third-party and public sources (for example, O*NET). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data, or for the policies of the third-party services referenced in our Privacy Policy.
