How is a career change resume different from a regular one?
It has to translate. Your experience is real, but it's written in your old field's language — a hiring manager in the new field can't hear it. The AR Pass maps what you've actually done to the words the new role uses, and nothing goes on your resume unless you confirm it.
What if I'm coming from the military or a federal job?
That's the same translation problem at maximum strength — MOS codes, grade levels, and agency language mean nothing outside. We work backwards from what the role actually involved and put it in terms the civilian or private-sector reader recognizes. Nothing gets inflated on the way.

Can I buy from any state?
Almost. Right now we can't sell our paid resume service to residents of New Jersey or Illinois. Those two states have laws written for job-placement agencies that can also reach paid resume help, and we're staying on the safe side until that's settled.
